I have the Swine Flu. H1N1. Death Disease. Whatever you want to call it.
I’ve been out of work for two days and I’ll be out tomorrow.
I have a fever, aches like I’ve never felt, a migraine I can’t even describe, and a cough that is PAINFUL.
I’m on Tamiflu, but all that does is keep you from being contagious and C., my mother, and my dad are on as a preventative. MM was tested and was negative, but the doctor found out that she had a double ear infection (the second one in six weeks) so swim lessons are cancelled for her and I’m on quarantine from her.
I am not a happy camper right now.

Hope you feel better very soon!!!
Aww, feel better soon Nat! Please let me know if you need anything at all. Keep your chin up!!
Nat, don’t claim Swine flu unless you have been diagnosed with it!! That stuff is deadly and am told that Drs. do not even give TamiFlu for that. Hopefully it is just the regular flu which makes you really sick too ! Take care, Nat ! Loves ya, i do ! aunt margaret
Guys, Thanks. I’m feeling much more myself today…though I look like death warmed over.
Aunt Margaret, I was diagnosed with it and have been to the doc twice. Actually, the regular flu (type A and B) will be more deadly this year they predict–but it usually don’t start ’til Dec/Jan here in our parts, but the Swine Flu/H1N1 is just much, much more contagious. And I had two kids go home w/it on Monday so I should’ve known I would get it too.
Yep, I had forgotten you are in the classrooms where all the germs congregate. Take care and be very careful.
Poor you…hope you are feeling a bit better every day. In some cases it can and will go into pneumonia..so be careful. Love you, Nat !
